LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT SERIES:  Team Change

For Staff facing change and new ways of working

Change is always with us; never more so than now. Business today takes place within a fast-paced, increasingly competitive environment.

Without change, organisations lose quality of service and competitive edge. But managers recognise the key role of their teams in drawing on new tools to work smarter.
Teams no longer just respond to routine tasks but are increasingly involved in problem-solving – drawing on their experience.

Minor changes are absorbed. But within a busy schedule adapting to smaller, merging and often remote teams, together with organisational restructure, there is a need for time to communicate and reflect.

Being more involved, drawing on team expertise, is fulfilling and worthwhile. But when was the last time the team really considered its strengths; the benefits members bring?

Book now and make time to reflect on what is changing and how to respond positively. To join with peers; discuss and take new ideas back to share with the team.
